Who these terms are between

Intellishala is operated by Navam Intellitech. Your school has an agreement with us to use Intellishala; these terms cover how you, as a student, teacher or administrator, use it.

Your account

• Accounts are issued by your school. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and sign out on shared computers.
• Your school can change or deactivate your account, for example when you leave.

Acceptable use

Use Intellishala for school work. Don't:

• use someone else's account, or let someone use yours;
• try to see other people's answers, marks or files, or get into another school's data;
• get help from anyone or anything during a test unless your teacher allows it;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that isn't yours to share;
• type personal details (phone numbers, addresses, passwords) into the AI tutor;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Your school or we may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

AI answers come with no warranty

The AI tutor and the AI question tools use NCERT textbook content, but their answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are a study aid, not a replacement for your teacher or your textbook. We don't guarantee that any AI answer is correct, and you shouldn't rely on one without checking it.

The service

We work to keep Intellishala available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell schools and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms and this policy are governed by the laws of India; the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
